Just came here to say that I have exactly the same issue (taskbar over fullscreen YouTube video in Chrome Version.
Settings > Compatibility > Add > Select Application > Google Chrome > Force DisplayFusion to treat this as a full screen application > OK > Apply/OKĪlmost perfect, my windows button on my secondary monitor classicshell(open-shell) keeps blinking all the time
